Mango Chutney

Mango Chutney

Ingredients for 1 portions:

1 onion
1 mango
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp curry powder
1 pinch(es) turmeric powder
1 clove
1 bay leaf
1 glass(es) dry white wine
1 dash(es) white wine vinegar


Procedure: 

Peel the mangos, cut the flesh from the stones and into small cubes. Peel and dice the onion. Sauté the onion in a saucepan until lucent. Add mango, honey and the curry powder. Cook stirring until caramelized. Add the spices and deglaze with the white wine vinegar. Add the wine and cook until thickened. Serve to steaks, poultry or fish.
